The Heritage at Lutsen is located in the heart of Cook County, Minnesota along Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior - 90 miles northeast of Duluth and 240 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul.

3. Are there additional benefits and privileges to owning at The Heritage at Lutsen?
Absolutely. The Heritage at Lutsen has been granted certain rights regarding advanced tee-time reservations for Superior National. In addition, the Development Company has reserved the right for a chair lift easement for winter operations for the potential development of future access from Superior National Golf Course to Moose Mountain - Lutsen's largest and highest mountain.
4. What is a Golf Course Patron Card and what are its costs, privileges and limitations?
A Patron Card will allow cardholders to play "the Course" for a 50% reduction off of the posted rate for that time. The cost is approximately $125.00. Typically, Sunday through Thursday, cardholders may play anytime and Friday and Saturday play is limited. (Cardholders cannot exclude or pre-empt prime time play). Patron cards are not transferable and are used on a per person basis only. As an alternative to the Patron card, you may purchase a season pass. Season pass holders have similar privileges except that there is no green fee at the time of play. The cost of a Membership Season Pass is approximately $550.00 for an individual. 5. Can property owners be assessed for operating deficits or capital improvements associated with the common property of The Heritage at Lutsen?
Only with the approval of the Board of Directors governing the development, which is an elected position, decided among the property owners.
6. Who is responsible for the maintenance of common property and grounds of the Heritage Development?
The Association shall provide for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of common elements (roads, sewer, water). Except for the common property, maintenance of the lot, dwellings (exterior and interior), and units shall be the sole responsibility and expense of the individual owners.
7. Will I, as a property owner, have an opportunity to have input into the operation of The Heritage at Lutsen?
Property owners of Superior National Golf Properties at Lutsen will have voting rights per page 6 (4.3) of the Declarations and Covenants.
8. After I purchase my lot, who do I contact to approve my home design?
In order to ensure that development of the homesites proceed in harmony with the existing natural surroundings, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for The Heritage at Lutsen provides for the formation and continuing vitality of an architectural review committee to review designs, plans and construction for primary site design issues, landscape potential and excellence in overall architectural design.
9. Is there a time limit from which I have to build after I purchase my lot?
No. At this time, property may be purchased and held.
