Molly O’Neill
A born and bred local, Molly grew up in Lutsen. Eager for broader horizons, she attended college in Hawaii and Wyoming and returned home with a psychology degree. Professional experiences in banking, finance, telecommunications, and tourism marketing formed a background well suited to real estate. At 23, Molly purchased a beautiful plot of maple trees and began a small hobby sugarbush she has had fun operating for over a decade. Since then, she has walked through the process of building, buying and selling homes of her own in the Lutsen area. Whether skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, or paddling with friends or her partner Garrett and yellow lab Asha, she loves adventuring in the woods, waters and snow she grew up in. She appreciates the close local community and volunteers as an alpine ski coach and board member of the Superior Cycling Association. Molly knows her deep roots, extensive understanding and love of exploring the North Shore makes her a rich resource for all the opportunities to connect people with the properties they are dreaming of.
